You can purchase pieces from the Classic Collection at our online store. Additional pieces are listed for sale through our Instagram weekly Sliding Scale posts.
If you are interested in commissioning a custom piece, including engagement rings, start here!

How and when will my order ship?

We typically ship domestic orders with USPS. The shipping cost is calculated during checkout. We will email you the tracking details once your order is fulfilled! Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery once in transit.
International shipping is available. Please reach out to hewjewelry@gmail.com with any specific questions.
We are excited to send your order to you! Just keep in mind each piece is handmade to order. Shipping times can vary during the holiday season.
How do I find my ring size?

You have a few options! You can go to a jewelry store and ask them to size you. Keep in mind each finger can have a unique size. Alternatively you can measure the diameter of a ring that already fits and follow these Ring Sizing steps.

Can I return or exchange an order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund to your payment method. Just email us at hewjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and return tracking details. Please note shipping is nonrefundable.
Outside of the 30 day return period, if you would like to return your piece, you may do so for an exchange, or credit (in the form of a gift card). Just email hewjewelry@gmail.com with your concerns and we’ll be happy to assist!

How can I take a class with you?

Nanette offers beginner and intermediate jewelry classes at her studio at Liberty Arts in Durham, NC. Register for classes here. For private classes please email hewjewelry@gmail.com.
